Dual Monitor Question

Hey, can some one tell me if I can use my LG 29UM65 for gaming and another monitor in portrate mode for the Internet at the same time. Also I've got a AMD R9 270X. How much will my FPS drop if I'm using to monitor.

It depends on exactly what you are doing on the other monitor, but it should not be too much of a drop if you are just doing casual web browsing, say. Especially if you use Adblock and avoid Flash.
