Maybe it's just me, but it seems a bit overpriced for how old some of the components are.

Old processor
Old motherboard
Good amount of ram, but the mobo can only support up to 16GB on two sticks
Tier 4 power supply (not good)
+ for the SSD, but they are getting cheaper
