Windows 10 locks up at welcome screen, shuts off system

After installing Windows 10, my system is unresponsive, can't boot in safe mode, can't access system restore points, passwords don't work. I tried multiple times to access Automatic Repair but my system shuts down when I try and goes back to the Black Screen with the small Blue window.

My System is Windows 7 pro, Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 Mother Board, AMD FX 8320 CPU, Galaxy GTX 460 768MB DDR5 GPU, 24 GB DDR3 Memory, and a Seagate 3 TB HD

Any suggestions?

If it doesn't work, try contacting your computer company or the nearest Microsoft store. If none nearby, go to Microsoft.com for help.

Your problem is likely your Nvidia GPU. They don't do well with Win 10. Since you can't get your system do do anything, download the Win 10 ISO:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

After you get it running, update your Galaxy GTX 460.
