Hi,

Here are some steps that may help in solving that issue.
- Start by deleting any folder related to Farmville.
- Go to This Computer or Computer then click on C: click again on Program File (x86) then delete any folder related to Farmville 2.
- Next is to press the Windows key + R at the same time and type in %appdata% then click ok and delete again any folder related to Farmville.
- Press the Windows key + R again then type in %temp% and delete everything in that window, just leave those that won't delete.
- After all these steps download and install Farmville again.

i have done those steps and nothing changed it still crashes.. but i did manage to isolate the problem..... it has to do with graphics card drivers i use a full AMD build.... if i disable my Radeon R7 200 video driver ... the game runs no problem... i just finished uninstalling all video drivers and software and doing a clean install of all video drivers and (crimson software as well)... but as soon as this driver becomes enabled it starts back crashing... its very odd... any suggestions?

I also have done a sfc /scannnow and it came back good as well as checking that same crash log over and over and it comes up with 3 main things .. the one you see Stackhash_ddd4, atidxx32.dll, and this new one since i redid all my drivers with clean installs d3d11.dll..... not sure why a better graphics card would cause these issues?
