Can I downgrade back to windows 7 with my OEM lisence key?

Hello, I have a laptop that was originally windows 7 but I upgraded to Windows 10 back in July, but I didn't use my computer since then. I looked online and saw there was a restore method but the problem is, a month has already passed. so is it possible to download an ISO file, burn it to a disc and then use the product key on the bottom of my laptop to activate it? Thanks

if you did not erase the old win 7 partition on the hhd i would try the revert option as show by microsoft .
