biometrics not working on windows 10

i have dell latitude e5430 and windows 10 64bit, i want to use the fingerprint reader to sign in instead of pin or password, drivers for biometrics are installed correctly the windows 10 hello is also not available in sign in options, please help me ....

I have an HP Probook 650 and My fingerprint scanner stopped working after the windows update that install on the 23rd. I'm using the Validity Sensor and it shows as installed and working, but I lost the option under account settings to use fingerprint to log in. Was your's working before?
