Windows 10 not working right

Last night Windows 10 started to not work quite right, task manager doesn't open, device manager doesn't open and when clicking on the wifi icon on the task bar the box for list of available wifi connections doesn't popup just a small rectangle that says network settings.

I restarted last night and it didn't help, so I just turned my computer off till this morning, same problem this morning, couldn't even get windows to shut down so I had to do a hard shutdown with the power button. I just booted again and windows seems to be back to normal.

Can you open Event Viewer and see any service errors?

Can you open Event Viewer and see any service errors?

I opened event viewer and their where 246 errors in the last 24 hours for service control manager. While the problem was happening I noticed windows seemed to boot a few seconds faster and didn't have the spinning circle under the acer logo.
