Benq xl2411z only 60hz,AMD CCC now does not work

Guys i just bought this monitor and i have couple problems with it.
1.It only works 60hz
2.I cant get to AMD CCC now(yes i have newest drivers),but it says

3.I do not know where to install drivers to it.

first of all xl2411z will only run at 144hz with dvid dual link , no hdmi. was that an upgrade to win10 from a previous version? if yes then uninstall all previous drivers and use the aouto detect tool http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool
make sure you do any win10 update avaliable. finally, not all gpu are 144hz capable.for instance, low end like r5 240 isnt.
