GA-F2A78M-D3H MOBO not posting for new custom pc

So I just got all of my Pc parts in the mail today and carefully assembled them. I did a test before actually setting up the computer by attaching the basics to my MOBO and seeing if they worked, which it did. After I disassembled it and reassembled it in the case it decoded it didn't want to post. Everything else works, all fans spin graphics card spins lights on but no post. I don't understand why. There is also one short beep during start up, please help thanks in advance!

Is the monitor connected to the graphics card, and not the motherboard?

I have tried both ports, on the card and through the MOBO

Try reinstalling the RAM module and the graphics card.

Check the video cable or the monitor. The single beep indicates that the system did POST successfully. Test different monitor, or cable.

I tried a different monitor but I haven't tried a different cable so I'll do that

Tests are in.... It failed, again. I tried it through both the MOBO and the graphics card too.

If removing the graphics card and memories and starting the board, what beeps getting?
