Situation: Purchased the Acer, opened it for christmas today.. Doesn't seem much better then my 7 year old Samsung Syncmaster 240HD 24" 5 ms, 60 hz LCD screen. But the Samsung was (1920X1200). I expected just the move from a 7 year old monitor to something new I would still get the "wow" factor with criper images and way better colour. But it doesn't and I actually lost screen real estate. I do game, but im not super intense must win at all cost its my whole life kind of gaming. After testing I cant even notice the difference in 144hz.

I run on a i5-4690k and a GTX 960. (planning to upgrade to Pascal next year).

When I look at the iMac screens you get the "wow" experience. Would that BenQ being 2k and ISP sound like it might be better?

Only have two days to change my mind before my return policy changes.

Thanks!
