hi, my asus x452cp laptop does not recognize nor accept usb 2.0 devices like usb stick, portable hard disk, etc.... but works on usb 3.0 ..... please help. thanks

Go to Device Manager, Universal Serial Bus controllers. All should have MS drivers, Version 10.0.10586.0

If not update them. If that doesn't work, uninstall them one by one, restart and let the machine find them.
