Hi. I recently ordered items from newegg and picked superegg saver as my delivery option. I was surprise when my order was for pick up and not to delivered at my address, unfortunately, the pick up location was a 4 hour drive and had to cancel the order and make a new one again. How do i make newegg deliver my order to my address? I don't want to wait another 3-5 days again for refund.

I think you just mis-interpreted the screen. Normally it will go from Newegg to the shipping center where it waits for pickup from the carrier. The carrier might take it somewhere else and then wait for the post office to coome pick it up for final delivery.
Supersaver shipping is a mess IMO. Just wait a week, it will get to you. :-(
