I recently updated my geforce driver in nvida control panel to version 361.43 and now when I check dxdiag it say's DirectX Version: 11.3 before I updated the driver to 361.43 it said directx version: 11.2 but where is direct x 12? I was going to try to disable mfaa because I googled and found a thread on this site that said disabling mfaa might work and should make the direct x version show as 12 in dxdiag but I could not find multi frame sampled aa option (mfaa) under program settings in the control panel..I noticed in system information it say's direct x runtime version : 12.0? and under details direct3d api version 11.2?

Windows 10 is required for dx12, that's the basic check. I'm running driver 358.50 and both dxdiag and the nvidia control panel show d3d version 12 but no MFAA option is available in nv control panel. That's what my system shows, can't help enough.
