Weird DPC Latency Need Help Pls!

High Dpc latency is causing lots of pops and cracks when using my USB headset(that is working check with other PC). I have tried so many solutions and it is still a problem. The problem seems to disappear if i get into a game but immediately emerges once said game is closed or even tabbed. Does anyone have a solution because if you do any help would be appreciated.

Intel i5 3750k

You didn't include your motherboard, drives and power supply as well as any overclocks you may be running in your system specs. Please include your headset and any other audio equipment in the list as well.

The issue could stem from an incompatibility with drivers and/or device.
