no, product keys are meant to be used as single key/single computer in most cases.
Some products like office365 allow installation and usage on multiple machines but that is clearly told when doing so.
For windows though, answer is pretty much no.

Only alternate solution where it is allowed is windows to go installation on USB or portable SSD/HDD where the installation is plugged to computer in use and thus used on multiple computers (only one at once though since it is tied to single usb or HDD or SSD) but.. that also needed special license.
