I upgraded to Windows 10 as soon as I could, with trust. About a week ago my PC refused to let me in, thought nothing of it, restarted the PC and it let me in. Currently it will no accept my password! Even though I know its 110% correct! (used the preview) I've been on Outlook.com now and changed my password twice (knowing the laptop was in the WiFi) and it still won't let me in.
However I've just noticed that where my email address would normally show up, it has gone! Almost like its a local account and not attached to my email address... Has my user profile corrupted?
Notes :
There is one user on the PC
I can access the WiFi Side panel so it know its on the Internet
I've rebooted about a dozen times
I've opened a ticket with MS to which the just said so far "Reset you Outlook.com password (I have...(twice)).
