System_service_exception after reinstalling windows

I installed a new hard drive to my computer and set it up within windows. Not soon after, my computer started to blue screen. I searched up the error and was able to fix it by reinstalling the GPU driver. Everything was good until I started getting this new BSOD message: "system_service_exception". After not finding any solutions online, I decided to reinstall windows. I took advantage of the situation and purchased a solid state to load windows on to. I set it up and it worked correctly for a day until today when I got the same error as before. I searched up this error and it said it is caused by overclocking GPU/CPU but I am not overclocking either. I am not really sure what to do because I thought reinstalling windows would solve all the problems.

3c is usually driver related, with Win 10 it is usually Graphics. Start there, install, reinstall or update the graphics driver.
