BSOD may be caused by a driver problem or a hardware problem (RAM). Start by installing the latest graphics card driver for your PC. Do the clean install just to be on the safe side.

Once done with the graphics card install the latest driver of the Network cards as well. Lastly run a memory test just to make sure that they are healthy and are not the cause of the errors you're getting. If all these will not work I would suggest reinstalling Windows 10.
