NMI_HARDWARE_FAILURE workstation 6600

Hello, I received a x6600 workstation with 16GB of RAM, two xeon processor GTX 680 and 1TB of hard drive (Format), when I put my USB key with the installer to Windows 10, the Windows logo appears normal but after a few seconds, it restarts. I tried to put Linux steamos but it does not. Windows me NMI_HARDRIVE_FAILURE displayed after the error. Windows is not from a USB key. I handed the bios update but it works pas..merci your help

Please do try recreating a new Windows 10 ISO using Media Creation Tool and try running it again.
