Hi, I need help troubleshooting my computer.
It does not even power up.
I've tried swapping the power and reset button, and that did not work. I've even tried hooking up a power button from an older tower and that did not work. I even used my screwdriver to connect the power button jumpers together and still nothing.
The LED light on the motherboard is lit, and any USB devices hooked up to the rear panel still have power (keyboard, mouse, and USB hub LED's are on), but any USB ports connected internally to the motherboard (10-1 pin connectors) do not have power.
Is this motherboard issue?
The only other thing I can think of is power supply.
Is there anything else I can do to narrow down the problem
