CPU fan speeding up randomly while gaming

So my CPU will randomly speed up from 1850 RPM to 4500 RPM while in game and it's loud af, when in "power saver" mode and idle my CPU temp is around 35C and on "High Performance" and idle it is around 40C - 41C. While in game in "Power Saver" mode it is around 50C, and in "High Performance" it is around 69C - 70C.
I am using the AMD A8 5500 CPU with the stock fan.
What should i do, get a new fan, replace the CPU, or nothing?
