Intel M difference between cpu's

Hello,
I would like to ask 6Y54 Skylake vs 6Y75 Skylake is it worth to pay more? Is there a real difference between this cpu's? Maybe weakest is Y30 is practically this same?. And does higher clock affect in any noticeable manner gpu performance? And can anyone explain to me is there difference in heat with higher clock?
I'm thinking about buying fanless laptop but I can't find comparison of specific Intel M processors.

I would appreciate help if possible.
