Is this monitor good enough? (Samsung SyncMaster S22D300HY)

hi,
I have a Samsung SyncMaster S20B300 (1600x900).
I have a dead pixel in it, it's not that annoying, But it's getting really old now and I need a new monitor.. I can use the old one as an extra one, So now I can have a dual monitor setup.

I wanna get the samsung syncmaster S22D300HY, is it good? Will it improve my gaming experience?

I have a GTX 960 Strix by Asus.

Here are a few listed in the gaming monitor buyers guide for 2015. I actually own the ASUS VS239H-P listed below its 12 dollars over your budget however I would highly recommend it, its an IPS panel so the colors are fantastic it also comes with a very low (for an ips panel) 5ms response time I dont notice any input lag at all in first person shooters or any game for that matter. Tn panels usually have much worse color representation, very poor viewing angles but they are faster.
