Audio and mic not working windows 10

So its not working i reinstalled my pc without losing data option, drivers are missing or something installed realtek hd audio device not working it just disapeard

If drivers are missing install them. You can upload screenshots to something like imgur.com and then put the link between tags

Thanks for your help, the drivers are not windows 10 supported so i bought a usb to mic-audio converter its works now. Thanks
