how to transfer all files from 1 pc to another

for the past 2 months, i have been slowly doing a custom built pc and im almost finished. right now these are my question.
1. how do i transfer files from one pc to another? (both are windows 10)
2. can i also transfer programs like games, CAD, compilers and utilities.
3. i read somewhere that you can do it with "windows easy transfer" but i have also read that it is not in w10 anymore. is there a quick free tool that can do that?
4. is there a way that i could just take the ssd (or clone it) on the old pc and plug it to the new pc?
