I can't load windows 10 because of the GeForce 6150 LE. What must I do/purchase to get windows 10 or am I out of luck?

The 6150 LE integrated graphics card is a decade old and is not officially compatible with Windows 10. You will need to update to a new graphics card that is compatible. There is apparently an "unofficial" work around and you can google some of those but that is hit and miss. Your computer seems old in general but if it can support a newer graphics card then it might work.
