Deleted Folder Keeps Reappearing?

Hello,

I recently installed an SSD and installed Windows on to it. As it is only 250GB, I changed the location of all my libraries (desktop, pictures, documents etc) to my HDD to save space.

I made backup folders during the location changes to avoid loosing any files. I deleted all the backup folders once the locations had been successfully changed, however the pictures backup folder keeps reappearing on my desktop. I have deleted it several times however it continues to reappear.

All of the pictures that were in this backup folder are gone, however two empty folders are in it. I believe it may be something to do with these two folders that Windows 10 automatically creates, 'Saved Pictures' and 'Camera Roll'. Perhaps it's these two being automatically created again that causes the folder to reappear?

Any help as to how I can permanently delete this folder is greatly appreciated!

It's the built-in Windows 10 Photos app that does that. You can try uninstalling it if you don't need the app... otherwise you may need to hunt through the registry to see where it hardcodes those, or perhaps the Photos app will let you move them elsewhere.
