Freezing during windows 10 installation

Hey I just bought an alienware aurora r3 and It had windows 7 home installed on it so I decided to install windows 8.1 pro on it from my cd so I could later upgrade to windows 10. Once I installed windows 8 and finished the installation of windows 10 the desktop restarted like It was supposed too but when it turned back on it freezes at the windows loading screen. After it freezing I shut down the computer and the installation of windows 10 is not complete so I have to restart the whole process again. Please help me as I have just bought this pc used and everything else works. Thank you and any help is much appreciated.

If these doesn't work I would suggest just doing a clean install of Windows 10 that may do the trick.
