Can't get 3 screen gaming set up

Whenever I try to set up Nvidia Surround, I check the boxes for my monitors, and it says "display connection error. I have tried a few things but it is not working, my setup is:

2 EVGA 980 Ti FTW cards using an SLI bridge
3 rog swift pg279Q monitors

If anyone can help I can provide more information.
