Windows 10 Startup failure

I recently updated Windows 10 to a whole new build which had to update drivers and alot of stuff. When i tried to restart irt didnt work. i got an error about Kmode exception not handled or something. I fixed this buy refreshing windows and it worked. But i restarted my pc and the problem ALMOST happened again (The bios froze and restarted slowly). Is there anyway i can do to avoid this again?

Please do try the clean install of Windows 10 using one that is created using Media Creation Tool.
