I recently got an SSD for my OS, but I still use my old hard drive to store games. I want to delete the windows file (not the windows.old file, I know how to do that) to free up some space on it.

Solution

Let me get this straight. You want to delete the Windows Partition/OS. If so:

Open Win+R, and type diskmgmt.msc.. Press enter.

Go to Windows Explorer, and note the letter of the Windows Partition on the Hard Disk Drive.

Go back to Disk Management, and rightclick on the partition, and delete it.

Then use AOMEI Partition Manager to extend the "games" partition. Microsoft Windows Disk Manager won't allow you to do it.
