New PC won't display on monitor

All the fans start, gpu is on and all that. Here are my specs

I am currently attempting to connect with USB which didn't work, and VGA didn't work as well.

my cardd is on (fans moving, lights). Do i connect the hdmi to the motherboard or the card? (tried both neither worked)

On does not mean that you did connect power from the PSU to the PCIe power connector on the card! Monitor connects to the card!
The card needs 2 x 6pin PCIe power from the PSU.

Yep i have two cords that are 6pin reading pcie in the card. Sorry this is my first build.
