How to hide audio playback devices SPDIF?

In my playback devices I have 4 options.

1. Headphones
2. My 2.1 speakers.
3. SPDIF Interface (TX0)
4. SPDIF Interface (TX1)

I only use the first 2 and don't even know what SPDIF Interface is used for, and I want to remove it as an option from the Playback Device window.

I've been disabling a few devices in device manager for other audio outputs that I didn't use.
However my 2.1 speakers and the SPDIF both use the device 'VIA HD Audio(Win 10)'

The only way I can think of is by having both my headphones and speakers enabled and unticking the "show disabled devices".

This will only show my 2 used devices.

SPDIF is digital sound interface, could be coaxial cable or optical cable. You need speakers or amplifier with a decoder.
