Freeze and Black screen with Not moving cursor

Hi i bought a new computer and when im gaming my computer freezes and i have to force shut down. Sometimes when it opens it shows a black screen with not moving cursor. I have to shut it down and open it 20-30 times then it opens. It happens every day. It depends with the game i play. In CSGO it freezes between 2-3 hours. In Dying Light it freezes between 4-5 hours.But today when it happened again this time my fps dropped 60 to 30. And when i opened MSI Afterburner i saw my gpu clocks got lowered.
GPU Clock: 470 MHz (default 940)
Memory Clock: 625 MHz (default 1250)
And turbo boost was disabled. I reseted my clocks but i couldnt enable turbo boost because when i hit F2 to open bios it shows black screen with not moving cursor.Specs:

R9 280 3Gb 384 bit
i5 4590 3.3GHz
8GB Ram
Windows 10 Pro

Make sure your graphics card is inserted firmly into its slot and that no cables are loose inside of your case.
If you are using the newest driver for your graphics card, consider reinstalling that driver or using an older one.

Nope. Doesnt work. How do i fix it launching like safe mode? My computer is launching very fast.

What is happening? I open sapphire trixx my clock speeds looks normal. Then i open Dying Light and clock speeds gets lower. Then i open Sapphire Trixx my pc freezes and i need to hard reset. Is it RAM?
