Hello,
few days ago I have received new GPU - Gigabyte GTX760, I have removed old drivers with DDU, installed graphics card and drivers. The I have overclocked GPU. Now I'm getting BSOD I typed in topic thread. From bluescreen view I know that BSOD is caused by ntiskrnl.exe.

My specs are:
FX6300 @ 4.1GHz
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
8Gigs of RAM in two modules (one from Goodram and one from Kingston, I know that they should be from one manufacturer)
Gigabyte GTX760 2GB OC Windforce 2X
Corsair VS450

And here's link to my Google Drive folder where minidumps of two last BSODS are stored: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0Byzj4Oc85J8ETGdPakdPSWptZTA&usp=sharing

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by running Windows Update, install all the important updates.
- Next is do a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Here's the link for the complete guide: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2767677/clean-graphics-driver-install-windows.html
- Once done, do also run a memory test that should check weather if there's a problem with the RAMs or none.
