Windows 10 Temp Files wont delete?

Tried every way i could but i cannot delete the temp files in my ssd at all, is getting to the point where its completely fool and cant update anymore. Around 75gb takin up so far

I can show you how you can do it but i'm not sure you should do it. Go to that SSD in This PC, right click>Properties>Disk Cleanup. Then under "Files to delete" you will have "Temporary internet files" and "Temporary files". Just select and click OK (whichever one of those is 75GB), delete files. (here's a picture)

found it, had to use %temp% and do it manually, all these methods i tried but non would work except that
