Dell S2240L HDMI Audio trouble

I've been using Dell S2240L for 1 year now.
The monitor is connected to the CPU using HDMI cable and I am using a headphone(Sennheizer) in the 3.5 jack of the monitor.
Suddenly, I am experiencing a problem.

I am only getting audio in the left side of the headphone. I checked the headphone using my phone and there I am getting audio in both the channels.

I fixed the problem by unplugging the power cable and hdmi from the monitor and press-and-hold power button for 10 seconds. I need to know the reason behind this problem and why is it happening.

Mine S2240L never did something like this... If you fixed it and it's not coming back, it really doesn't matter. If it's reappearing, it might mean there is a problem somewhere.

It came back after 3 to 4 weeks. That's why I posted the question. What might be the problem ?

Maybe something is wrong in monitor settings? I have a question for you as a owner of same monitor:
Is everything on screen is badly pixelated?

Nope, there is no pixelation on the screen. The image quality is very good.

Yeah, mine was too after some tweaking... it was just strange... I think it was something like sharpening or something...

may be, right now I am worried about the audio trouble.. Need to find out the reason for this,.
