Daisy Chaining Yields Mirrored Display

I have one Dell U2415h and an LG Ultrawide 25UM65. I was trying to daisy chain them and the Dell monitor has daisy chaining capabilities. When I hooked a display port cable from my computer to the dell monitor then another cable from the dell monitor to the lg monitor, I get mirrored displays and windows 10 does not recognize the lg monitor. Any suggestions?

do you have DP 1.2 enabled in the dell monitor settings? make sure you have. also make sure you have set extended mode
