Can't rename/move folders in Win10

Hello everybody,i have been using windows10 for a bit now but i recently noticed that i cant move or rename any folders,every time i try to rename or move a folder it comes up with this error.

and after clicking "Try again" or "Cancel" this error shows up

I really dont know what to do,i know that not being able to change folder names is not such a big thing but i really dont know what to do,thanks in advance

Hi,

That may be another glitch of Windows 10 Do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by running Windows Update, install all the important updates there is.
- After installing all the update try renaming those folder again and see if it will work.
- Click on the folder that you can to rename then press F2 then rename that folder.
- If that doesn't work do also run a complete virus/malware scan.

- Once done do test it again.
- If all these will not work I would suggest running a clean install of Windows 10.
