file explorer keeps crashing

my file explorer keeps crashing when i open some folders and files. it only been doing it for 2 days. i cant tell whats happening.

It may be part of another glitch on Windows 10. But do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by running Windows Update, install all the updates available.
- Next is to run a complete virus/malware scan that may also help in solving the issue.
