I'm looking into buying a gaming/photo editing monitor

I'd like to know if there is any monitor out there with great Refresh Rate 144Hz and 1ms response time because I've heard it works beautifully with games that go over 60fps and I play everyday all kinds of games but I also need a great color accuracy and brightness because I also need to do photo/video editing everyday and I can't afford two monitors, so I looked into an IPS monitor, so is there any monitor that actually have those features ? or at least it's close to have them ?, thank you

Only two 144hz IPS monitors I could find, one has G-SYNC and the other has FreesSync.

144hz doesnt really appeal to me as it does to some people, at a point the refresh rate becomes obsolete as the human eye can only see from around 140-200 hz. If your into photo editing I would go with a good 4k or 1440p ips 60hz monitor.

I see where you are coming from. I'm just waiting a few years until G-sync/FreeSync is $400 cheaper until I upgrade my 60hz monitor.
