Why APU dual graphics, especially A10 7000 series, can't par against R7 260X with good CPU?

Looking at the numbers of A10 7800 + R7 250 versus R7 260x, they are exactly identical. But performance are not that close. Dual graphics set up is way much behind compare to R7 260x.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>A10 7800>>>R7 250>>>>R7 260X
Shading Units:>>>>>>512>>>>>>>384>>>>>>>>896
TMUs:>>>>>>>>>>>>32>>>>>>>>24>>>>>>>>>56
ROPs:>>>>>>>>>>>>8>>>>>>>>>8>>>>>>>>> 16
Compute Units: >>>>>8>>>>>>>>>6>>>>>>>>> 14

Why is this so? Did AMD notice this? Will AMD update the drivers of dual graphics later on?

Well i have one A10-7870k (With OC on the CPU and GPU) + R7 250 (With OC) in pair and for the A10 gpu vram i use some G-skill low Cas at 2400mhz and i can play The Witcher 3 with no problems at costum settings 1920-1080*
If you go to buy a R7 260X (or other gpu) what is the point of using an A10 APu CPU?

how will dx12 fix this? I have R7-250 and A10-7800 running in dual graphics...

It is said that Dx12 should be much better for multiple GPUs and will even enable GPUs from different manufacturers to work together. Another addition is that it will spread the job between CPU and GPU for more efficient gaming.
Newer HD is already compatible and so are divers, just waiting for game makers to get on bandwagon. All of it applies to W10 only of course.

I'll gonna upgrade my dGPU soon from r7 250 to r9 380 and pair it with my APU A10 7800... Will I get assymetric rendering just like with this one on the link below?

Dx12 is no guarantee of different cards working together, much like vram stacking. It could be an option and the game authors could include it but it's not an automatic feature of dx12. Meaning people should hold their breath sparingly.
