Is there any way that I can prohibit the launching of hyperlinks in Windows 10, or specifically, in just Outlook? I have a requirement whereby I would like to still be able to browse the internet when intentionally typing in a URL, but block all hyperlinks from launching.
This is Windows 10 and Outlook 2013.

In addition to the blocking behaviour, is there any way to have the default action of clicking a hyperlink, to be for that link to be copied to the clipboard?
