So i'll start from the beginning, i did not have any bluescreen before i decided to buy a new SSD to put my operative system on, and a new GPU, Nvidia geforce 970 GTX.

It all started after i got these two...

I've been constantly getting bluescreen SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION & Driver-irql-not-less-or-equal.

So i did some searching on the internet aand... i gave up & reformated my computer once again! But i happened again, same bluescreens so i decided to upgrade to windows 10 from 7. Once again i was hoping things were fine aaand nope! same bluescreens, so i googled and tried the sfc /scannow and it didn't find any problems, all my drivers are up to date, so only thing i'm left with is can it be my (NEW) hardware that's the problem? those were expensive as well so i don't hope it is.

Does anyone have any clue what's going on ?

Regards

Sven

I'm in the same situation, though it appears most likely it's a VIDEO DRIVER issue.

My issue didn't appear until Windows 10 (GTX680), and when NVidia said they came out with a fix for some of these BSOD issues a month ago I was happy. That is, until I crashed.

The program "Bluescreenview" is useful for logging and googling but still I crash up to three times a day, then sometimes every few days.

Google CHROME has reportedly had issues too. I just updated today to version 48 so we'll see.

Again, I'm a pretty savvy PC...
Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by running Windows Update and install all updates that are available.
- Next is to do a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Please refer to this link on how to do the clean install: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2767677/clean-graphics-driver-install-windows.html
- Once done reboot your laptop then test it.
- Also do make sure to install all firmware updates on the SSD just to make sure.

Hopefully this will solve the issue. :)

I've tried to upgdate my hdd, graphics card, make sure i have all windows updates, checked for malware, viruses, checked my ram with memtest, i keep getting bsod, different kinds. I'll post what kinds below :

KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE

PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (NETIO.SYS)

IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL (DXGMMS2.SYS)

IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL (nvlddmkm.sys)

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (win32kfull.sys)

Summary:

Again, I'm a pretty savvy PC user and have built and tested many machines but I just can't nail this down. At this point I'll probably be forced to remove the NVidia GPU and use my Intel iGPU and see if that works but it's frustrating because sometimes I go over THREE DAYS without crashing which I really don't want to do (gaming).
