Terrible lag upon pc start up, like terrible fps, and goes away after restart.

My Desktop, windows 10, randomly starts lagging after 10-20 minutes of being on. Strange enough after I restart it is fine, only after being off for a long period of time (5-10) hours and turned on does it happen. Its not like internet lag, its more of like frames, it feels like i have about 5-10 fps. And if I continue to use my pc while it is lagging it blue screens and turns off. I heard that some driver with Razer can cause this, and I do have a razer black widow keyboard active. I will list all my pc components in a few hours I am unable to post them now.

Do you experience this issue in Safemode? (How to in Win10)

Can you open task manager to see what your resource allocation is during this period of time? and what processes might be consuming the most?
