System and Uncompressed Memory way too big!

So this has literally just started happening since July when I first got Win 10, when I first got it it was fine. Now the longer I leave my computer on the slower it gets. When I check my Task Manager, System and Uncompressed Memory seems to be the biggest offender, and after leaving my computer running for about three to four hours, my RAM gets pegged at 99% usage. I have 16Gb of 1866hz ddr3 ram, this really should not be happening in my honest opinion, any ideas, or solutions will be greatly appreciated.

You can also try and verify that the installer isn't corrupted by recreating the bootable USB installer for Windows 10. Did the issue come about after a windows update? If so then have you tried with a system restore prior to when the update took place?
