Will this ram be compatible and be worth the upgrade with my current setup? (Gskill Ripjaws 2133 ddr3)

Intel 4770k w/CM Hyper 212 evo cooler (NOT OC'd)
MSI Z87-GD65
MSI GTX 980ti
Corsair Vengeance 16gb 1600 ddr3

Looking to upgrade my ram and I was wondering if replacing my current ram with this would be worth it and would i have any compatibility issues.

That's the same memory I use but in all reality your not going to see any real world difference in performance.
It will work with some tweaking to get it 100% stable.

Really depends on what you do, if you multi task a lot and do a lot of work with memory intensive apps, like video, imaging, VMs, etc then yes might well be worth it, some games like fast DRAM, so really depends on your uses/needs

Thank you for the replies. I'll probably just stick with what I have and save the $100 for the next build.
