So a few weeks ago I built my pc, everything was running fine, windows 10, hardware, etc. Then about a week ago my computer kept shutting down, windows wouldn't load back up,and drivers were erased. So i decided to do a clean installation of windows 10. But, everytime I do it gives me the error file are missing or corrupted 0x80070570. I have researched it and tried using a bootable ISO usb drive and fully cleaning my hard drive but neither worked. So is this a windows problem or a hardware problem? Should I get a new hard drive?

Before you go out and buy a new HDD how about we confirm if you really need one via some time troubleshooting here. Is it possible for you to pass on your full systems specs? Have you made sure your BIOS and drivers were up to date prior to when the issue cropped up? Have you tried recreating your bootable USB installer and tried with your re-installation?

So is this a windows problem or a hardware problem?
I would say the issue is pertaining to your OS's corruption.
