Various Issues with Win10 Admin Account

I encounter the following problems:

- can't open pdf files with Micsosoft edge, or Edge itself for browsing

- can't open photo viewer

Both warnings indicate '... can't be opened using the Built-in Administrator account. Sign in with a different account and try again.'

It seems to me these issues are due to the same bug/wrong settings.

What can I do?

Update: Can't even open groove music either.

All of these used to work before until now.

You are on the built in Administrator account, it is supposed to be hidden. Try seeing if you can make a new Account through the settings app
