building a amd x4 860k beginner gaming rig, need help checking if everything is ok

Im building a new budget gaming rid, and i was wondering if all my parts will be ok. The thing im worry about is my motherboard(gigabyte f2a88xm-d3h revision 3), i was wondering if this motherboard will support my cpu without bios update, and also will windows 10 work with this motherboard
should i go for intel pentium g3258 or this cpu, or is there any good budget cpu for gaming that does not need overclocking, as i rather not overclock

I actually think I would stick with the 860K in this case - both processors perform about the same but the 860K has a slight advantage in games. I'd also switch out the power supply with something from Seasonic or XFX, and I'd also pay a bit more for the graphics card and get a GTX 950.
